What is a City? and St. Louis Virtual City Project - 1997-Present

"What is a City?" conference, for continuing education, at the University of Missouri-St. Louis, in 2008.  I joined U.M.S.L. as an Alumni Friend, and, attended this conference.  In 1996, I moved into this Washington University, city of St. Louis neighborhood, into a house located on the St. Louis city/county line,  across the street from the city of Richmond Heights, in St. Louis County.   This is the mailed invitation flyer.  The conference discussed cities:  "Los Angeles, New York, Portland, Ore., Chicago, Cleveland, Youngstown, Ohio, and St. Louis", according to this flyer.  This conference is held annually, and is free and open to the public.  www.umsl.edu    and  http://www.umsl.edu/virtualstl/phase2/  and http://www.umsl.edu/virtualstl/
