I put together this form, after 2003.  I never received any orders.  Today, I make the drawings, 1990 original line drawings and 1998 colored line drawings, available, to be ordered.  These drawings were printed, from the 1990 Autocad files, at AT&T Network Systems, Department of Engineering, in 1994.
